Territorial behavior refers to individuals or groups in the territory and related action,its purpose is to maintain and consolidate the claim,declaration,and protection and to expand its territory to control.Territorial behavior is a new subject in the field of organizational behavior.This paper mainly studies the influence of organizational climate and psychological security on territorial behavior,and through the study of the establishment of a model of the relationship between the three,and through the experimental study of the operation of the model validation of the two.After a survey analysis,a positive correlation between organizational climate and psychological safety;organizational climate and territorial behavior has negative correlation;between the psychological sense of security and territorial behavior also has a negative correlation;at the same time,the psychological sense of security in the organization atmosphere and brought the act as part of the intermediary role between self.And use of statistical software for the construction of the three party relationship model.In order to verify the reliability of the established model,the study two used the experimental design method to verify the model.After the analysis of the experimental data,it was found that the three party relationship model was established.Thus,the model established in this study is to some extent.
