The development of positive psychology attracted the attention of researchers to positive psychological state and positive psychological power.Psychological capital is a kind of positive psychological force in the process of our growth and development.It is also the positive psychological resource to promote individual growth,and has profound influence on individual mental health,career,marriage and interpersonal relationship.Although the theoretical and empirical research on psychological capital at home and abroad has achieved fruitful results,especially in the organizational context of the staff and college students for the study of the object is too numerous to mention,related to theoretical basis,concept,structure,measurement,result variable,mediation variable and the relationship with other related variables of psychological capital.But the empirical research on the influencing factors of psychological capital is rare,especially the lack of individual psychological characteristics and personality characteristics and other factors.Therefore,this study takes emotional intelligence as the breakthrough point to explore the influence of emotional intelligence on psychological capital,analyze the multiple mediating effects of social support and self-esteem between emotional intelligence and psychological capital.Through the longitudinal research design and cross-lagged analysis to find out the relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological capital.At present,the psychological capital research of young students is still in the preliminary exploration stage.In order to enrich the psychological capital of young students and promote the work of mental health education for adolescents,this study explores the characteristics of junior high school students and senior high school students.This study draws the following important conclusions:1.The revised "Psychological Capital Questionnaire for Adolescent Students" is effective and can effectively measure the psychological capital level of young students.2.The emotional intelligence level of the girls was significantly higher than of the boys,the emotional intelligence was increasing with the increase of the grade.The emotional intelligence of the adolescents under the democratic parenting style were significantly higher than the authoritative,spoiled and indifferent,the authoritative and indifferent were significantly higher than the spoiled.The social support of adolescents under the spoiled parenting style were significantly higher than the democratic,authoritative and indifferent,the democratic were significantly higher than the authoritative and indifferent,and the democratic were significantly higher than the indifferen.The level of self-esteem boys were significantly higher than girls.Adolescent self-esteem under the democratic and spoiled parenting styles were significantly higher than the authoritative and indifferent,the authoritative were significantly higher than the indifferent.Boys' psychological capital level was significantly higher than girls.Adolescent psychological capital level were increaseing with the increase in age.The psychological capital under the democratic were significantly higher than the authoritative,spoiled and indifferent,the authoritative and spoiled were significantly higher than the indifferent.3.Social support and self-esteem play a multiple mediating role between emotional intelligence and psychological capital.4.Emotional intelligence is an important factor influencing the development of adolescents' psychological capital.This study combines the horizontal and longitudinal research to analyze the role of social support and self-esteem between emotional intelligenceand psychological capital of adolescents.The research conclusion is reasonable and effective to promote the mental health education of adolescents,and to elevate the mental health and psychological capitallevel.
