A Study On The Disaster Writings Of The Scholars In The Pre-Qin Period

The study of pre-Qin philosophers,which has a high status in Chinese ideology and cultural.Later generations research that in many aspects,but so far lack of monographic study in the disaster writings of pre-Qin scholars.Pre-Qin scholar’s disasters reflects the history of the pre-Qin disaster situation,which recorded their understanding and thinking about disasters and that has the rich value in precious historical,thought and literary.At the same time,in the current situation,we still face serious disasters,the research on disasters in pre-Qin scholars writing also has a practical significance.In this paper,the author tries to study the disaster writing contents of the pre-Qin thinkers.It hopes to grasp the thought of ancient society and the writing of disaster literature from the source.So as to reveal the significance of the disaster writings of the pre-Qin dynasty to the history of disaster research,the study of the philosophers and the literature research.It mainly divided into the following four parts:In the first part,it introduces the historical background of the writing of the pre-Qin thinkers.Facing a variety of disasters in the pre-Qin Period,It has seriously affected people’s production and life,threatening national stability.Though philosophers live in the era of social revolution,they actively seek the way of governing the country,which problem must be considered is disaster prevention.Therefore,the writers left a large number of rich contents of the disaster writing literature,which laid the foundation of the study in pre-Qin dynasty disaster ideas and literature.In the second part,it writes and analyzes the content and the literature value of the pre-Qin thinkers’ disaster writings.Through access to reliable pre-Qin literature,sort out the contents of the articles written various disasters.Statistics show that flood,drought and famine are the most common and most serious disasters in the disaster writings.On the issue of different disasters,philosophers have different emphasis on writing.The important value of the pre-Qin thinkers’ writing is to support and supplement the disaster history of the pre-Qin dynasty.In the third part,it discusses the concept of disaster and disaster relief.The schools of Confucianism and Taoism,Mohism and Legalism,Logicians and Eclectics all have made distinctive relief claims.Comparing the disaster ideas of various schools of thought carefully,I found the secretary of grain,agriculture officials,man-made disaster,which they thought the consensus.Based on the different schools of thought,there are three different aspects of Save and Quit Extravagance,Sacrifice Gloze and Superstition,Serving the People and King Profit.It can be seen from the ideological origins of the school of thought,as well as the various schools learn from each other traces.In the fourth part,it summarizes the literary value of the pre-Qin thinkers’ disaster writings.Their writing implied disaster rich humanistic spirit: self sacrifice,hard work,hardship consciousness and charity thought.The mature theory of metaphor approach,a lot of delicate characterizations,and the mystery of the narrative tend to show the art of writing of the pre-Qin disaster.At the same time,it has a favourable influence on the later generations in many aspects,such as style,language,artistic skills,literature material,aesthetic taste and so on.
