Prototype Elicitation is one of the heuristic thinking strategy of Problem solving strategy,furthermore,Insight is an important process of Prototype Elicitation,and key components and core elements of creative thinking,which significantly affect creative problem solving.According to the Prototype Elicitation Theory,which put forward by Chinese scholar Qinglin Zhang,that insight occur when the activation of the appropriate prototype in the brain as well as the ?inspire information? contained in it.This process consists of two stages: "prototype activation" and "use of the key heuristic information".Based on Prototype Elicitation Theory,Qingqing Wei work out the Creative Problem Solving in Operation and Management Scenarios and Material Editing to investigate the influence of prototype representation on the elicitation effect of creative problem solving in the management situation.Motivation plays an important role in many factors that affect creativity.Among the study of motivation and creativity,researchers agreed that internal motivation promotes creativity,however,the relationship between extrinsic motivation and creativity has not yet reached agreement.Some researchers have proved that external motivation weakens creativity,result draw from behavior shaping experiment find that external motivation promotes creativity.The researchers gradually focus their attention on the intrinsic mechanism of motivation and the impact of motivation on creativity with the deepening of research.In the context that the managers of the enterprise pay more attention to the problem of Job Burnout,and think highly of the employee's mental health education,our study draws on the theory of prototype elicitation and examine the relationship among motivation,job burnout,resilience and creative problem solving through three sub studies.In study one,we examine the predictive effect of motivation on creative problem solving and the mediating effect of job burnout on motivation and creative problem solving.During study two,we examine the moderating effect of resilience on motivation and creative problem solving.Study three examine is there form a mediating moderated model among motivation,job burnout,resilience and creative problem solving.Through the research,it can provide theoretical support and direction for the enterprise to understand the staff's creativity and enhance the independent innovation ability.The current study used a completely random sampling design,selected the employees of a large enterprise in Chengdu as the research object,800 questionnaires were distributed and 726 valid questionnaires were collected then analysis the data by SPSS18.0?amos17.0 and reach the following conclusion:(1)Both internal and external motivation can significantly predict creative problem solving;Job burnout plays a partial mediating role between motivation and creative problem solving,which indicate that motivation has an impact on creative problem solving through job burnout.(2)The direct relationship between motivation and creative problem solving is moderated by resilience,Motivation cannot influence creative problem solving under low resilience,and with the improvement of resilience,motivation will significant influence creative problem solving.(3)The path of motivation influences creative problem solving by job burnout is regulated by psychological flexibility.Concretely,after the adjustment of resilience,the mediating effect of job burnout was reduced,which illustrates that there are a mediating moderated model among motivation,job burnout,mental flexibility and creative problem solving.The results of this study indicate that the employee's job motivation can influence the creative problem solving through job burnout and the resilience of the staff plays an important role in this process.Our study enriches the theory of the relationship between motivation and creative problem solving,at the same time,it is suggested that the managers should pay more attention to the psychological health education,reduce the job burnout,improve their psychological flexibility,and promote their creativity.
