Based on pedagogy,psychology and training to learn knowledge,USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method,logic analysis and other methods,the Guangzhou sports dance association registered 160 teachers were investigated and studied.About how to improve company sports dance teachers’ professional ability quality,and fully display its unique charm of dance? The author believes that sports dance training theory and practice of research is a breakthrough point,is also a top priority.Through the analysis put forward: the sports dance teachers’ professional ability literacy indicator elements,the basic situation of sports dance teachers,sports dance teacher’s gender,age structure dance institutions sports dance teacher education and professional title structure;Sports dance teachers referee level structure,the condition of sports dance teachers’ scientific research level,affect Guangzhou amateur sports dance teachers ability quality structure factors,how to improve the practice of sports dance teachers’ professional ability,professional knowledge strategy,how to improve the amateur sports dance teachers teaching the basic skills of effective mechanism,Through research,Guangzhou Dance sport coaches in age,education,sports experience,job title,teaching years,participate in business training status of structure is not very reasonable,in the aspect of professional quality level gap still exist obvious uneven phenomenon,coaches professional quality is affected and restricted by many factors,there are objective factors,as well as subjective factors.But mainly focused on the objective factors,including insufficient funds,less learning opportunities,imperfect management system and learning atmosphere is not strong and so on.To improve the sports dance teachers’ professional ability of the Guangzhou dance accomplishment,put forward the following Suggestions: Guangzhou sports dance instructor professional quality improvement is a long-term,continuous and evolving process,need to management,coaches,groups and social various aspects positive coordination,strengthen management,improve the training system,widen the channel of the training,enrich the content of the training,enlarge the dance teaching,skills,experience exchange at home and abroad and all kinds of dance message transmission.
