| The strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development calls for giving full play to the advantages of human resources,and the plan of education revitalization action promotes the sharing of resources of famous teachers and classes.Sports dance course is one of the most popular courses among college students in China.Sports dance teachers,as professionals,are engaged in a professional activity.The development of the speciality of sports dance teachers is related to the development of sports dance major and the quality of curriculum construction.The continuous improvement of the teaching speciality of teachers can promote the development of the professional ability of sports dance teachers to a certain extent.Making full use of the high-quality resources of teachers,rationally allocating the speciality of teachers and optimizing the allocation as a whole can not only stimulate the potential of teachers,but also enable students to share the high-quality resources of each teacher.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,optimization of operational research,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this study understands the current situation of the allocation of sports dance teachers in Wuhan Sports University and studies the teaching modules that students like and the teachers’ own speciality in each teaching module in the current special course of sports dance by taking the sharing of high-quality resources as the perspective,the theory of human resources theory as the theoretical basis and Wuhan Sports University as a typical example.It finds some unreasonable and incomplete allocation of teachers and establishes the best model of the speciality of sports dance teachers and sets the constraints of the objective function under the guidance of the idea of sharing superior resources.It aims at optimizing the overall benefit value,providing useful reference materials for the allocation of college sports dance teachers and promoting the teaching quality of sports dance courses.The main research results are as follows:1.The requirements for sports dance teachers’ speciality are higher and teachers’ teaching tasks are heavy who are hard labors,which also reflects the problems of a lack of teachers.2.The teachers’ title structure of the sports dance teaching and research office of Wuhan Sports University is 1-3-5-1,the number of international and national referees is 70%,the teacher gender ratio is 1:1,and the academic structure is 1:6:3.The overall structure is pretty reasonable.Standard dance teacher has an imbalance in age structure,and the overall age structure is shaped an inverted "V",resulting in "fault crisis".3.From the perspective of students’ evaluation,teachers’ self-evaluation and experts’ evaluation,we can get teachers’ expertise in each teaching module.Specialized classes in all classes are organized according to the teacher’s expertise.Courses for each module are in principle taught by teachers with this expertise.Or the team of teachers who specialize in this is responsible.4.Give full play to teachers’ expertise to carry out teacher configuration according to their expertise,which needs to "break" the fixed form of teaching each semester in accordance with the dance order.Adjust the teaching order of each teaching module dynamically.5.After the teacher’s expertise is obtained,the specific teacher optimal allocation scheme can be obtained by the statistical analysis of the optimal allocation model of teachers ’ expertise in the operational research optimization method. |
