The Evaluation Tool Construction And Empirical Study Of Socialist Core Values Citizen Orientation

The theoretical structure and basic content of China’s socialist core values were formally put out at the report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China on November 18 th,2012,which is include inadvocating prosperity,democracy,civilization,harmony,freedom,equality,justice,rule of law,advocating patriotism,dedication,integrity,friendship,and cultivating socialist core values actively.Scholars have done a lot of creative researches on the socialist core values and got a lot of achievements ever since the socialist core values were put out.However,there are still many areas urgently need to be studied for the socalist core values were put out for a short time and the acumulation of the theorety are not enough.For example,there is no powerful evaluation tool developed in this field.And the value of basic research and applied research on studying the basic situation of the current national socialist core values,making the practice and direction of socialist core values in the future,and evaluating the development of the national socialist core values in the future are obvious.Based on the problem described above,the research targets of this article are as follows.1.The research target of the theory is building the model of the socialist core values ceatively in the psychological value orientation’s perspective.This theoretical model consist of three hierarchies,which is included in overall evaluation,factors and orientation dimension.The first hierarch is the orientation dimension of civil’s orientation demesion.The second hierarch includes four factors corresponding to patriotism,dedaction,integrit and friendship,which is consist of cognitive orientation,experience,orientation and behavior orentation.2.The research target of the tool is compiling the standardized evaluation scale of personal orientation of socialist core values.The initial sclae incudes 365 contents and the2458 college students were surveyed.79 contents were chosed at last after the discrimination index analysis,discrimination analysis,exploratory fator analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Then the 2454 college students were surveyed in the secong round.According to theanalysis of the studengts data,the internal consistency reliability coefficient of the total scale are 0.97.The scale has good construct validity and verifies the theoretical construction proposed in this paper.3.The research target of the criterion is that it can be used as a scientific index to evaluate the citizen orientation of Chinese socialist core values.This paper confirmed this by study of the scale,group behavior characteristic index tested,comparation analysis of the different tested groups and single class implicit association test(SC-IAT)by many ways and multi-angle.4.The research target of the application is analyzing the characteristics of the socialist core values of different groups and trying ro put forward some suggestions for the practice of the training education by comparing and analyzing the different groups’ present citizen orientation of the socialist core values.This paper achieved the four targets described above.And it provides a good preliminary research and demonstration for the preparation of the socialist core values of the national dimension and social dimension evaluation scale.
