Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD),also known as autism or autism,is a biologically based generalized developmental disorder.ASD children are more likely to have problem behaviors than normal children because of the barriers to social interaction,language and interest,repetitive,and stereotyped behavior in ASD children.At present,the ASD children's intervention for skills training,problem behaviors of children with ASD are often ignored,and one of the main problems of ASD children's behavior is also so,this study is to improve the situation of behavior problems of children with ASD as the research point.Pivotal Response Treatment(PRT)advocated real and natural scene,and emphasizes the intervention in the natural situation,pay attention to the role of parents,through PRT training ASD the parents of the children become children's behavioral problems at any time with children in the intervention.Because the relative lack of formal institutions and the intervention of children ASD fusion schools,education institutions and the relative shortage of special education teachers,according to the current situation of our country,the parents of ASD children PRT training is a feasible method,which not only makes up for the shortage of the present stage of our country special education teachers,and is a more economical strategy.The parents of ASD children with PRT training can alleviate the contradiction between the quantity of ASD intervention for children and special education institutions and teachers demand insufficient,can also be used as special education institutions(schools)supplementary training.Therefore,this study adopts the single subject experimental design,implementation of PRT teaching in three ASD children in Xuzhou special education institutions to parents,by comparing the difference of subjects behavior at baseline,intervention,maintenance period to explore the intervention effect of PRT.The subjects from the Xuzhou rehabilitation agencies of six children with autism spectrumdisorder,the subjects were divided into experimental group and control group.The key reaction three parents of children with autism spectrum disorder were one and a half months of therapy in the experimental group,using observation,interviews and other methods to collect data,based on the the parents training problem behaviors of children with autism spectrum disorders improved.Draw the following conclusions:(1)through the comparison between the experimental group and the control group,the key response therapy is helpful to improve the problem behavior of children with autism spectrum disorder.(2)critical response therapy has immediate and sustained effects on the improvement of problem behaviors in children with autism spectrum disorder.(3)the key response therapy has good social validity.
