Enclave

"Enclave" is a kind of flower arrangement,it is inclusive in the world.At present,China still has a large number of enclaves,of which Langfang City,the Sanhe city,Dachang Hui Autonomous County,Xianghe County,which is the largest enclave county and the highest administrative level.The three counties and cities in the administration belong to Langfang City in Hebei,but about the geographical location it was wrapped tightly in Beijing and Tianjin,so that the center of Hebei Province will show a hollow state.Langfang "north three counties" have existed for a long time,the local and the surrounding people have been accustomed to its existence.But so far,the academic community has not yet done an in-depth study of the Langfang "north three counties",so this article selects them as a study object,discusses the status,reform of administrative division,the history and causes,alongside that,through field research to further understand the problems and development impact on local socio-economic.
