Worker Safety Management Research On The Basis Psychological Support

Since over-water construction developed,each country involved over-water construction has spent much money and time in fully protecting shipping safety.However,shipping accidents still appear.In order to prevent this kind of accident,government make plans and relevant policies,which require not only good service management and specific goal,but also safety and effect of environment protection.At present,with increasing of vessel age and uneven shipping condition,over-water construction of China situation is not good,with quick wind speed,a lot of billow and rocks.More badly,the number of experienced worker is small with retired old workers.The knowledge level of young worker is not bad but experience and psychological quality is not good.Ship accidents are caused by stranding and collision.However,psychological qualities of worker also lead to accident of stranding and collision.In order to safety of crew and corporation development,we need to broaden scale of service to satisfy crew’s demand including improving guarantee of safety,reducing psychological pressure,changing bad custom and enhancing care of crew.The specific meaning of EAP project is that we can understand psychological pressure situation of ship workers by questionnaire to provide reference for safety management.At the same time,we can help ship workers faced up to their psychological characteristics influence on safety,which helps to construct safety and carry out targeted training in application.The purpose of this study is that after analyzing psychological factors of ship workers,I build a systematic and long-term EAP project in combination with relevant psychological support material by diagnosis of group proposal,guidance,training and consulting to solve all kinds of psychological pressure of workers and improve safety efficient and working performance.
