Research On The Relationship Between Social Support,Personality,Psychological Resilience And Mental Health Of Frontline Workers Of Material Reserve | | Posted on:2022-08-04 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:W J Lu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2505306482971439 | Subject:Applied Psychology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The front-line employees of the material reserve warehouse undertake the most basic functions of the national material reserve.Due to the long-term difficult environment,the work content is relatively boring.The long-term work pressure has an impact on life and work,which is not conducive to the professional development of employees and restricts the country.Long-term sustainable development of strategic warehousing.This research starts from the four perspectives of mental health,social support,psychological flexibility,and personality of front-line employees in basic warehouses to study the relationship between the mental health level of material reserve front-line employees and the social support,psychological flexibility,personality and mental health of reserve front-line employees.analysis.The research used the "Social Support Rating Scale","Big Five Personality Scale","Symptom Self-Rating Scale" and "Psychological Resilience Scale" as research tools,and randomly selected 320 warehouse front-line employees from a bureau of the State Administration of Grain and Material Reserves as research tools.Research subjects,a total of 310 valid questionnaires were collected,and the conclusions are as follows:The personalities,social support,and psychological flexibility of the front-line workers of material reserves are at the upper-middle level among various groups.There was no significant difference in the level of mental health in gender,education level,age,working years,marital status,number of homecomings,and number of companions in accommodation.There is a significant difference in openness between the gender and the Big Five personality,and there are significant differences in the level of education and the extraversion and neuroticism of the Big Five personality,and there is a significant difference in the openness of the working years and the Big Five personality.There is a significant difference between the number of times and the sense of responsibility in the Big Five personality.The pairwise correlation analysis data shows that: social support and mental health are significantly negatively correlated;mental resilience and mental health are significantly negatively correlated;mental flexibility and social support are significantly positively correlated;pleasantness score,openness score,neuroticism Due to the correlation between the score and the total mental health score,there is a positive and positive effect between the two.Through data analysis,it is proposed that a people-oriented management model can be adopted to improve the mental health of the group.Including improving the working environment and living conditions,appropriately adjusting the salary system,conducting regular psychological counseling,strengthening communication and exchanges between family members and other aspects,and giving full support and understanding from the working environment and family environment,thereby improving the mental health of the group Level. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | material reserve front-line workers, mental health, social support, personality, psychological flexibility | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
