Nowadays,with the rapid development of network,lots of networkers have come into the market.With the help of the network,the knowledge,skills and social resources,they have offered the customers various kinds of "works",especially the spiritual ones and at the same time,they can get the income.Of the networkers,network writers play important roles.First,the number is surprisingly large,and they have completed abundant network literary works which are important parts of the spiritual products and are satisfying the need of the netizens.Next,the writers produce the works and put them onto the internet platform,which can bring them income.Thus,the industrial chain of the network literary works is becoming mature and the formation mechanism of their reputation which depends on the writing,uploading and spreading has become visible.Therefore,it is practicable to take the network writers as examples to do research on the formation mechanism of network reputation and on the ways the writers get the income through the reputation.Based on the social capital theory of the economists like Coleman,Lin Nan and Ronald Burt,and by applying the approaches of network analysis;the formation mechanism of network reputation and the ways the writers get the income through the reputation can be concluded.It can represent a economical perspective for the "reputation" as a social research and can also put much emphasis on the income which is due to the reputation from the economical perspective.On one hand,it can help the writers and other networkers to get a higher reputation and more income.And on the other hand,the government will be able to normalize and lead the development of the writers and other networkers.The theory has shown that if the networkers want to gain a higher reputation so as to get more income,they should build up the connection with network and the customers.And another way to is cooperate with the internet platform which has plenty of customers and to build and run the business on the we media which has connection with the customers.The research has shown that the number of the customers who will evaluate the reputation of the writers is connected with the number of the users of the internet platform which collaborates with the writers and is also connected with the behaviors of opening up we media.However,the number of the customers of the writers has nothing to do with the number of their words,the frequency of their uploading,the popularity of their works and the fields of the their works.This proves the features of "platform as the king" in internet times and so the internet writers should try to communicate with the customers,sign a contract with the advantageous internet literary platform and open up we media.As a result,the government should pay more attention to the supervision of the internet literary platform as to the supervision of the internet writers and the guidance of the internet literary atmosphere.The conclusion can also be applied to the networkers.It is in the way that a large internet platform and the communication with the customers on the we media can lead to the reputation of the writers and therefore a higher income.
