Research On The Practice Of Community Mental Health Service

At present,China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The living conditions of the residents have been continuously improved and the material wealth is becoming more and more abundant.But at the same time,social competition is more and more intense.The pressure of residents is increasing.Psychological problems are increasingly prominent.The demand for mental health services has become a rigid demand.Community as the basic unit of society,developing community mental health service is a breakthrough for strengthening mental health services in China,and is an important measure to cope with the needs of residents.This paper mainly introduces the connotation of community mental health service,analyzes the development status of community mental health service,and draws lessons from the successful experience of western countries.Based on the actual situation of China,it studies the practice resources,mode,content and way of community mental health service in China.Community mental health service,originated in the United States,is a service aimed at maintaining and promoting people’s mental health.The development of community mental health service has important practical and theoretical significance.It helps individuals’ physical and mental health,social harmony and national stability,and contributes to the research and development of the theory of community psychology.At present,the community mental health service in our country is in the beginning stage,the mental health service system has not been established,only a small part of the community has carried out psychological health service.There are many problems in the content,form,mode and personnel of the service,which need to be improved.After decades of development,community mental health service in western countries has established a relatively complete mental health service system.Community mental health service has been covered in all parts of the country.The community mental health service of the typical western developed countries,led by the United States,has the significance of learning and learning for us.Based on the analysis of the current situation and the successful experience of western countries,combined with China’s national conditions,we have studied thepractice resources,practice mode,practice content and practice way of community mental health services.We believe that the practice of resources into human resources and material resources,both essential and inseparable;practice model is the main hospital and community cooperation,universities and community docking,social organizations or individuals in the community three;practice covers prevention of mental health,the relationship between the mental health maintenance,specific groups of psychological assistance,special the emergency treatment and psychological disease in patients with psychological rehabilitation of inmates,six large community correction;practical approaches including the government "mindarmor" project,community mental health clinics,community mental health service center,community mental health services association,their goals,work together.The community mental health service is not easy to achieve in one stroke.It needs to accumulate experience and learn lessons constantly,and take the path suitable for its own development.
