With the arrival of the emotional experience of the economic era.,consumption concepts and consumption patterns have undergone great changes.From the current consumption concepts,consumers buy a commodity is no longer just satisfied with basic needs of practicality and functionality,but the spiritual value of the pursuit of goods to seek spiritual resonance.From the current consumption concepts,as a place where both culture and arts,consumption,and leisure exchanges take place,the bookstore should pay more attention to the reader’s emotional experience to make consumers’ emotional needs resonating with the bookstore’s brand image.The rapid development of independent bookstores at home and abroad in recent years is obvious to all.Fotokino in Marseille,France,FP&CF Studio in Paris,France,hassla Books in the United States,Nieves in Switzerland,and Comers in Seoul have relatively matured developments and are well-known internationally.In China,banana fish bookstores,not publishing funds,bad guys publishing plans,no morning rosabooks,closed celebrations,moles.These independent bookstores are gradually gaining recognition in the small circle as a new force in the development of physical bookstores.This naturally leads us to think about how to better promote the development of independent bookstores and how to enhance the consumers’ experience of independent bookstores through the brand image design of bookstores.This paper takes the brand image design of independent bookstore “per-pro” as its main research object,designs the independent bookstore’s brand image,and applies the relevant theoretical research conclusions of emotion to the visual design of independent bookstores.Analyze and summarize the current status of the brand image design of existing independent bookstores,analyze the consumption psychology and preferences of consumer groups,and then define the brand design position of bookstores,integrate design principles of emotional.
