The Analysis Of The Completement Of The System Of Government Lawyers

Establishing the system of public service barrister is a necessary requirement to promote the administration according to law, and build a rule-of-law government; but also to promote the effective protection of the socialist market economy healthy development. Since 2002, pilot work of public service barrister is begin to carry out in China.Through carding four typical modes of public service barrister in Zhejiang,Xiamen, Yangzhou and Guangzhou, and find problems about the system of public service barrister is incomplete in legislation, the management system is not perfect,and lack of effective incentive and restraint mechanisms. The root of these problems are people's different understanding, and the obstructing of political system and legal system on public service barrister. Therefore, the article considers that revised Lawyers' Law, established management system according to China's national conditions and established perfect incentive and restraint mechanisms are effective measures to the system of public service barrister.
