Study On Right To Citizen Social Security

This paper focuses on the legal analysis of civil social security from the constitutional perspective.First,the definition of social security of civil society is conceptually defined,and its properties are analyzed from human rights and basic rights.From two aspects of the legitimacy of national duty and obligation content state responsibility,realize citizen social security from the different dimensions inspected the implementation status quo of Chinese citizens to social security,aiming at existing problems from the Angle of the constitution and the realization of the national obligations to explore the path of the perfect.The first chapter first defines the general theory of social security,and describes the meaning and characteristics of social security rights.Then the paper discusses the properties of human rights and fundamental rights,and makes the concept of civil social security rights gradually clear.The second chapter introduces the national obligations of the implementation of the social security of civil society in our country.From the legitimacy of the national obligation,the detailed description of social justice reconstruction and the logic of human rights development is described in detail.There is also a detailed explanation of the obligations of social security,such as respect and promotion.The third chapter analyzes the present situation of the practice of civil social security in China from the multidimensional analysis.Starting from the text of the constitution,from the perspective of the social security legislation level,from legislation to research in health care,pension guarantee social inequality,and then from the Angle of practice,analyzes the reality of the social security dilemma,and explains the existing problems in the social security.Chapter 4 discusses the perfection of social security.The following two routes are mainly chosen;one is the right of civil social security to go into the constitution;Second,we need to strengthen the state's social security obligations,from the establishment of the policy idea to the construction of the administrative payment system.The two sections are based on the basis of theory,the meaning of reality and the way of solving the problem,to improve the way of the welfare of civil society.
