The judge and judicial support staff is one of the important participation main body of the judicial activity,and the judge and judicial support personnel salary security as an important content of the professional guarantee,is also in the current judicial reform in our country,should be enough attention.However,the establishment of a complete the judge and judicial support personnel salary security system,cannot simply be equated to give within the specific number of wage increase.In this round of reform on the judge and judicial support personnel salary security system reform,should be as the strengthen the judge job security,to ensure that the judge in accordance with law,exercise their respective powers independently and comprehensively improve trial quality,strengthen the judge professional sense of honor,social identity and reshape the basic issue in the judicial credibility.In order to study judges' pay satisfaction and its factors after the reform,this thesis made an on-line survey targeting judges and judicial assistants.From the research,The goal of "de-administration" has achieved its initial implementation;however,many judges and judicial assistants are still not satisfy with their salary guarantee system.The judge's wage adjustment mechanism needs to be strengthened,Judicial assistants' salary guarantee reform is insufficient and needs to be classified,and problems as "provincial local protectionism" are still outstanding.Therefore,this thesis aims to make the idea of "higher pay,and cleaner officer" more accepted among our society through the establishment of wage growth mechanism on a regular basis,judicial assistants' individual pay security sequence,judges' performance evaluation mechanism,full pension system for retirement and the senior judge system.By having a tougher management of the financial belongings of the provincial people's congress and its standing committee,we can guarantee the independent source of judges' payment.Thus,we can truly build up a salary guarantee system that is beneficial for all the judges and judicial assistants in our country and meanwhile pave the way for other judicial reforms.All this effort will lay a solid foundation for our socialism construction.
