Research On The Issue And Countermeasures Of Education And Training Of Prison Police In Inner Mongolia

Prison,as the executive organ of the state,is responsible for punishing and reforming criminals,preventing and reducing crime,maintaining social stability and promoting social harmony.In accordance with the sacred mission endowed by the law,the people's Police in Prison manage prisons,execute punishments,and carry out educational reform for criminals.At present,with the deepening of our country's social construction and the advancement of the prison system reform,prison situations and crimes are getting more complicated.In this regard,How to improve prison police training mechanism and development model,build a revolutionary,specialized and regularized prison police team with multi-disciplinary knowledge of education,psychology,sociology and management,and transform the criminals into the builders of a harmonious society to the utmost have become a major issue that needs to be studied and solved urgently.Under the great emphasis and the correct leadership of Autonomous Region Party committee,government and Justice Department,education and training of the Inner Mongolia prison system police team have achieved gratifying results supported by all walks of life and related departments.With the continuous development of post training activities in the prison system in recent years and the implementation of the strategy of "strong quality and strong police",the operational level and actual combat ability of the team in the whole area have been remarkably improved,and the overall quality has been greatly enhanced.However,due to various reasons,education and training of the Inner Mongolia prison system of police still have some problems,such as obsolete training,weak faculty,single form of training and the suboptimal training effect.With the education and training of Inner Mongolia prison police as the research object and by combing the theory and practice,this paper deeply analyzes and finds the reason for the difficulties and problems encountered in the education and training of the police officers in the prison system in Inner Mongolia.Besides,it elaborates the experience of domestic and Western prisons in police training,focuses on training contents,means,operation and safeguard mechanism,put forward a series of improvement measures for the current education and training system,so as to benefit the improvement and development of the Inner Mongolia prison police education and training.
