Research On Cooperation Problem Of Public Service Between Xinjiang Government And NGOs

Xinjiang's economic development inevitably brings some problems,such as the lack of public service supply caused by the lag of public service,the contradiction between people's demand for public service,and people began to pay close attention to public service.In the field of public services,the Xinjiang government is only the organizers and planners,it is difficult to promote the diversification of public services,it needs more social forces to assist its work,with a view to more perfect Xinjiang public service system to meet people's needs.These needs are not only reflected in the needs of education,as well as social welfare,culture,security or environmental protection and other aspects.Therefore,there is a problem to be studied in this paper.The aim is to hope that the Xinjiang government will actively cooperate with the local non-governmental organizations.The non-governmental organizations can become the government's responsibility and help the government to take part in the responsibility.Service business actively and effectively carry out.In this paper,the author through the C county research,that D companies and C county government launched PPP cooperation projects highlighted the government and non-governmental cooperation in the specific process,and after further research listed a few of the two cooperation The process of the existing problems,which extended to the overall level of government and non-governmental organizations in Xinjiang,the existing problems,and finally through theoretical analysis and empirical reference to give some suggestions.
