"Employee satisfaction" refers to the general staff for their hard work to hold attitude,is enterprise or business unit for employees to form an objective cognition and evaluation,is often employees will compare the gap between actual and expected compensation,reflected the basic attitude towards work itself are satisfied.Employees of its affiliated institution will directly affect the satisfaction with the degree of their work enthusiasm,which will affect the unit as a whole work quality and efficiency improvement.Employee satisfaction is low for a long time,if the institution will gradually lose working enthusiasm,quality,service consciousness,some good employees may even choose to leave their subordinate units.As a function of shoulder some of the government institution of the factors which affect employee satisfaction ordinary enterprise is more complicated.This article from the demand level theory,two-factor theory,achievement needs theory research,this paper adopts literature research,questionnaire,data analysis,such as research methods,from the institution staff satisfaction of internal organizational factors,staff own factors,external factors influencing factors such as questionnaire design and analysis.Among them,the questionnaire is aimed at a research institute in xian,middle,top 10 people,96 people,426 people at the grass-roots level institutions and staff,through to the salary reward,work environment satisfaction,employee satisfaction with the degree of satisfaction,satisfaction with the unit management of groups and the development prospect of the dimension of satisfaction survey found that the current institution staff work there are more problems.This paper argues that the current institution shall enhance the staff's sense of belonging,establish reasonable income distribution mechanism,perfect the institution of management system,strengthening the construction of unit culture,specifically,namely to be able to formulate the perfect compensation incentive system,performance management system,reasonable and effective performance appraisal,constructing reasonable brain drain crisis management mechanism,it can better promote the institution staff job satisfaction.
