"Volunteer Family" is a construction project of website.Which establishes a new platform for volunteer services,rely on the mobile Internet-technology,and references the function of "Sharing Economy".Which allows Network-clients and Network-volunteers to provide real-time and online volunteer service.The core of the successful and sustainable operation of “Volunteer Family” is whether we can establish a sound and effective management system of Net-volunteers.This is the cut-in point of this paper.In recent years,the volunteer organizations have get rapid development,but which are lack of energy,and difficulty in achieving sustainable development;the structure of volunteer groups are not reasonable,and lack of incentive.Therefore,it is necessary for deep-study about the management system of volunteer organizations.Clary and Snyder Were proposed by the theory of "Volunteer Functions Inventory"(VFI),which noted that the driving and motivation needs of volunteer groups are diversification,Incentive compatibility to the volunteers can stimulate the enthusiasm of the work of volunteers,and reduce the problems of "half way out".VFI also gave six kinds of Diversified demands,which are: 1)Protective Motives;2)Values;3)Career;4)Social;5)Understanding;6)Enhancement.Based on the research results of VFI,this paper focuses on the characteristics of the network volunteer groups and further research on the management and incentive mechanism.2In this paper,the core of the management mechanism of the network volunteer group is to provide a variety of options to provide rich incentives to volunteers.Six categories of motivation needs to reflect in every aspect of the management mechanism,so that volunteers can freely choose and feel at any time.Management mechanisms include:(1)registration and volunteer classification;(2)the public service integration system;(3)seven optional incentives;(4)supervision and elimination mechanism.In the four links,respectively,the corresponding: self-matching motivation needs;focus on the diversification of the public service integration;the release of demand from the public release of the free choice of incentive reward;strengthen the feedback.The core of management is motivation.Volunteers to obtain the needs of the motivation to match the needs,to stimulate the enthusiasm of their work,so that the volunteer service function is full of vitality,which is an important symbol of the success of volunteer organizations.At the same time,a network of volunteers has the basic features of "Internet plus",is the traditional cross-border volunteer groups and network groups combined with innovation,and the traditional community management system has different mechanism.Network volunteer management system to meet the needs of more respect,to accommodate the development of diverse human nature,is a more open incentive management mechanism.According to a variety of incentive theory and Internet plus theory,and reference to "Sharing Economy" as a new mode of network,using various research methods based on qualitative research,four aspects of the management of "volunteer" website from volunteer registration and classification,integral system,public incentives and supervision out system,comprehensive design of network management mechanism of volunteers.The management mechanism of network volunteer organization also applies to all kinds of "Open Commercial Organization",which can be used for reference.
