With the accelerating process of population aging,the elderly disabled rate rose significantly,the elderly restricted movement rate,morbidity rate and disabled rate are much higher than other populations because of the particularity of health.It's a hot topic that grasp the care service demand of disabled elders accurately and provide specific and trgeted care service for them.Intelligent care services of disabled elders is specific for its special demand,combining with intelligent technology and pension service,providing convenient and professional service trough the intelligent products and equipment.There has insufficient potential demand and current demand in intelligent care services of disabled elders by questionnaires and depth interview,the survey found.The main factors including health,mental state,culture degree and the economy.In view of the above problems,the paper explores from the following aspects.The development of intelligent care services of disabled elders must be certainly based on diversified supply.Everyone should know its responsibilities and broad cooperation,including to the government,enterprises,families,communities,nonprofit organizations,colleges and scientific research.To solve the insufficient demand of intelligent care services should cover two aspects:one is that a service platform of intelligent care is build with exchanging information,Collecting resource and promoting widely.In order to solve the phenomenon that service and commodity are short and little-known.The other is definite the cooperation model of intelligent care services and enrich intelligent care services and products.It use the classified method to supply:high-end intelligent care service and product use market orientated supply;middle-end products and basic services need government subsidies and charge a low price;low-end products are provided freely by the government,so as to relieve insufficient current demand.In the last,in order to grasp the demand of intelligent care services of disabled elders deeply and resolve the contradiction between supply and demand,we advise to make efforts to formulate and improve relevant laws and policies,improve the level of income,build a services platform of Intelligent endowment according to the need,mobilize all social sectors to participate actively,and shape a complete new healthy aging view and active aging view.
