Research On The Supply And Demand Of Care Services For The Elderly With Domestic Disability In Chinese Community

With the development of social economy,health care and the improvement of people's living standards,China has rapidly entered an aging society.The growing population of the elderly and the growing ageing trend are increasingly accompanied by the rapid increase in the scale of disabled seniors.The situation has forced the rapid development of the care services for the disabled elderly in China.However,with the continuous weakening of the family pension function and the deficiency of social pension,the care of disabled elderly people is in trouble.In recent years,home-based care for the aged has emerged,which has not only reduced the burden of family care,but also met the increasing need for care for the elderly at home.This article is based on the premise of vigorous development of home-based care for the elderly and an in-depth study of the current community's care services.Meet the care needs of home-disabled elderly people.This paper uses SPSS software to collate and analyze the 2014 “China Social Survey of the Elderly”(CLASS)data,and uses the general characteristics of the disabled elderly in our community to analyze the matching degree of the care and service needs of the disabled elderly.The following conclusions are drawn: According to the overall scores of the matching of the care and service needs of the disabled elderly in our community,the demand for the care services of the disabled elderly in our community is greater than the supply;from the perspective of scores,the daily care service supply exceeds the demand,and the medical care Care services and mental comfort care service supply is less than demand.Finally,according to the analysis results,it puts forward corresponding policy recommendations: First,increase government social security: establish system guarantee system,fund guarantee system and talent guarantee system;second,establish community care service system: establish daily care service system,medical care care Service system and spiritual consolation care service system;Third,strengthen community health education propaganda: Strengthen the management and guidance of community-based information health education and guide the transformation of pensioners' concept of disability.
