Under The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Work Of Public Security Grass-roots Police Job Burnout And Prevention Countermeasures

With the increasingly complex social security situation,the people's legal demands are strong,the rule of law system is constantly improving,the law enforcement environment is more stringent,the public security work in the face of unprecedented challenges and development,public security grassroots police officers due to their occupation and the particularity of the post itself,Which is different from the other members of the community challenges,setbacks and pressures,leading to job burnout on the grassroots police officers mental health is increasingly evident.Public security ideological and political work is an effective way to strengthen the construction of public security forces,to guide the training of mainstream consciousness,and to build a spirit of solidarity and progress,healthy and vigorous vitality.It is an effective way to eliminate the professional burnout.In this paper,the author analyzes and discusses the basic situation and influencing factors of occupational burnout in the police officers at the grassroots level of the public security grassroots,and puts forward the effective solution from the perspective of public security ideological and political work,With a view to further improve the level of public security team construction.This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is about the purpose and significance of studying the job burnout problem of grassroots police officers,the research status of scholars at home and abroad,and the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter mainly elaborates the related concepts of the primary police officers and their job burnout,and analyzes the important influence of the job burnout on the grassroots police officers.The third chapter mainly summarizes and analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey on the job burnout of the police officers in Qiaodong District,Xingtai City.The fourth chapter mainly expounds the influence of public security ideological and political work on job burnout.The fifth chapter is mainly from the perspective of public security ideological and political work,put forward the prevention and control of grass-roots police officers job burnout path and strategy.This part is also the focus of this paper.
