Along with China's rapid economic development and constantly improve the level of opening to the outside world,how to optimize the existing human resources allocation has become the new situation of customs management faces the challenge of human resources.In this paper,the author focuses on the subject of the manpower resource of inspection of H customs,through the analysis to find the solution in the functions of the main problems of personnel configuration and performance,applying the basic theory of human resources,management,and design H customs supervision are summarized according to the practical experience of human resource allocation scheme,and explore the path of the government department human resources optimization allocation.
