Study On Evaluation Of County Government Portal Websites

Government portal website is a window that the government uses Internet technology to provide services for the public.It is the bridge between the public and the government.It is also an important symbol to measure the level of e-government development.Along with the growing number of Internet users in the country,the promotion of Web2.0 technology,the deepening and popularity of national "Internet plus" policy,government portal website is also increasingly prominent,it can be said that the good and the bad of government portal website directly reflects the government's image,and also affects the quality and level of government services,in order to understand all levels of government portal website construction and improve the level and quality of service,all government portal websites need to make evaluation,so it's very important to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system.For the moment,it's suitable and able to and reflect the 10 counties of Xianyang local government portal website of evaluation system has not been formed,although the units and individuals have made the relevant evaluation of 10 counties of Xianyang city government portal website,but the evaluation content is not very comprehensive and specific,so the innovation of this paper is to propose a set of the operation of the quantitative evaluation index system according to the actual situation of Xianyang City,10 county government portal website.There are six section in this paper,this paper takes the methods of literature research and empirical research,and evaluates 10 counties of Xianyang city government portal site assessment from the "public information,online work,political interaction,website design" of these four items,in the evaluation process,four indicators need to be refined,and the index and data also need to be analyzed specifically,according to the evaluation results,summarizes the existing problems of the 10 counties in Xianyang government portal website construction,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to promote the construction of county government portal website.
