Data Exchange Methods For The Heterogeneous E-government

The e-government platform has improved the efficiency of government agencies,but lacked overall planning and formed"information islands".In the process of data exchange,it lacked security awareness and led to the disclosure of confidential information.They have hindered the construction of information technology and affected the efficiency of the use of information resources.In order to solve the problem of "information isolated islands" and information security,a data exchange method for heterogeneous e-government platforms was designed to ensure the security and integrity of data and to realize data exchange.The main work is as follows:(1)A data exchange technology was chosen for the e-government platform.After researching and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the data exchange technologies,the data exchange technology based on XML was chosen as the technical support for the data exchange of E-government platform.(2)A data exchange encryption method based on ASCII code displacement was implemented to ensure the security and integrity of exchange data in e-government platform.At present,the mainstream symmetric encryption and asymmetric encryption methods can not meet needs of the e-government platform data exchange encryption,a new encryption scheme was implemented because the e-government platform only transmits digital and English letters,then XML encryption and XML digital signature was used to ensure the security and integrity.(3)Data exchange standards for the heterogeneous e-government platform were proposed and a data exchange system was created.Data exchange elements and code sets were formulated and the traditional method of XML Schema generation was optimized to solve the problems,and based on this,data exchange system was created and tested for functions and performance.(4)An evaluation system for the heterogeneous e-government data exchange method was established.By establishing the evaluation system and the representative evaluation index and using Delphi method can obtain the results,the advantages and disadvantages of data exchange method can be clearly understood through analyzing the evaluation results.The data exchange method and data exchange system have been used in the E-government platform and have achieved good results.They can also provide reference for other people who are designing or will design the data exchange method of e-government platform.
