Research On The Design Of Community Endowment Architecture In Changchun Under The Guidance Of Combination Of Medical And Health Care

In recent years,under the background of the aging of the world,China has accelerated to an aging population.All kinds of problems caused by aging have great impact on society,and also bring great burden to families.The pension problem has become a major social problem in China at present.Due to the special time background and social background,the old-age care needs of the elderly have been increased,and the traditional home-based care mode has not been able to meet the needs of the elderly,and the pension mode is gradually diversified from the home-based care to the institutional pension system.With the deepening of the aging population,the number of the elderly has increased greatly,and the elderly have a high demand for medical care,while the allocation of social medical resources is not balanced,so it is difficult to meet the medical needs of the elderly.With the increasing demand for pension and medical care,the development of a new type of old-age pension model has become an effective measure to cope with the aging of society.For a long time,Changchun pension institution has been confronted with imbalance of supply and demand,backward facilities and so on.Changchun is one of the pilot units of the second batch of medical care in the country.Under the guidance of medical care,some communities have developed and built pension institutions on the basis of community pension service,and adopted medical facilities or combined with hospitals,and the related development of the community's medical care has begun to pay off.However,the development of medical care in Changchun is still in its initial stage,and it is relatively backward in the whole country.The new model of the combination of medical care needs long-term development.This paper,based on the knowledge theories and relevant norms of the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly,the history of pension development,and the related disciplines of medical care and related disciplines,and through the investigation,fully understand the needs of the elderly people in Changchun,and discuss the deficiencies in the existing design of the existing nursing buildings in Changchun,and then put forward feasible design concepts,principles and methods for the various space,flow lines and surrounding environment of the community pension buildings,and finally get the design strategies of the community pension buildings that meet the current situation of Changchun.Moreover,this design research can provide some theoretical and practical support for the follow-up development and construction of community endowment buildings in Changchun and even the whole country.
