The government information publicity is the important measures to improve the government's credibility,and build a service-oriented government,is the inevitable requirement of democratic ruling,ruling in accordance with the law,promoting the construction of socialist democracy,is the important of socialist country under the rule of law,is to build a harmonious socialist society,establish and improve the prevention and punishment of corruption system important content.But in the process of pushing,because of the government information disclosure mechanism system is not perfect,the quality of the government information amount of confusion of many detrimental to the public opinion of the government's credibility risk events happened.The risks highlight the shortcomings of the government's approach to information service in government,slowing the pace of government information disclosure.And with the combination of the Internet and media,accelerating the spread of public opinion risk rate,scope expanding,coupled with the content of the government information publicity is a matter of individual,collective and government interests,too sensitive to different interpretations of all kinds of personnel,to social,political,economic and cultural aspects brought great negative impact,so it is necessary to evaluate risk of government information publicity of public opinion.In this paper,based on the related research results,the basic theory,collect the government information publicity of public opinion risk events that took place in recent years,and carries on the analysis,it is concluded that the government information publicity of public opinion influence risk factors and risk of public opinion evolution law,secondly through to the elements that influence the decomposition,combination YAAHP software builds the government information publicity of public opinion risk assessment index system,and through the YAAHP judgment matrix to build software and expert investigation method,to determine the index weight,again afraid of pareto analysis method was applied to grade at the end of the index for grading,and assign to get public opinion risk early warning level,and evaluate the case,in order to verify the index system of science and rationality.lastly,put forward strategies according to this paper.
