This study through rapid stretch out and drew back training develops strength quality of students,aiming at improving the candidates' sports scores of college entrance examination and providing theoretical basis for the college entrance examination training.In the four testing items of college entrance exam in Shanxi Province,the rapid strength of candidates determines the performance of 100 m race and standing long jump,and also has certain influence on 800 m race and one-minute jerk barbell.Therefore,rapid force plays an important role in these four testing items.So it is very important to develop this rapid force.In this paper,rapid stretch out and draw back training is adopted in this experiment,intending to explore variance lying between the traditional resistance training methods and the rapid stretch out and draw back training.This paper uses interviews,experiments,literature,mathematical statistics and other research methods to do this study.Focusing on the application of rapid force in the sports training for college entrance examination,this experiment extracts30 candidates from the new Second Middle School in Lin Fen City,these student are considerable in physical quality.Then I divide them at will into two groups,group A and group B,15 students each group,that's 10 boys and 5 girls each group.Before the experiment,boys and girls of these two groups show no significant differences in the measuring indicators.Group A uses rapid stretch and draw back training,group B uses conventional traditional resistance training.After more than two months of training,experimental data is collected analysis and comparison,here are the results gotten through the analysis and comparison.Conclusion are as the following:(1)After eight-week training,students respectively using rapid stretch out and draw back training in group A are different from students using traditional training in group B,In terms of the 100 m race results,boys: p = 0.00 <0.05,girls: p = 0.00 <0.05,showing significant differences.So,it suggests that rapid stretch out and draw back training is a better way than traditional strength training methods in the 100 m project,the former one help to achieve better results.(2)After eight-week training,students respectively using rapid stretch out and draw back training in group A are not different from students using traditional training in group B,In terms of the 800 m race,boys: p = 0.25> 0.05,girls: p = 0.63> 0.05,no significant difference.On the 800 m race,the rapid stretch out and draw back training shows no advantage on the traditional training.(3)After eight-week training,students respectively using rapid stretch out and draw back training in group A are different fromstudents using traditional training in group B,In terms of the standing long jump,the boys: p = 0.00 <0.05,girls: p = 0.02<0.05,significant differences.The rapid stretch out and draw back training achieves better result than the traditional training in the standing long jump.(4)After eight-week training,students respectively using rapid stretch out and draw back training in group A are different from students using traditional training in group B,In terms of the results of the one minute barbell,boys: p = 0.64> 0.05,girls: p = 1> 0.05,no significant difference.The rapid stretch out and draw back training shows no advantage on the traditional training on the one-minute barbell.According to the above conclusions,the corresponding countermeasures here are put forward.
