The research on how to more effectively develop fast strength intraining practice plays a decisive role in the training of commonstudents who are preparing Sports University Entrance Exam(hereinafter referred to as “students”). From the Sports CollegeEntrance Examination Four Sports Event’ training and examinationin Shanxi Province, it can be found that good fast strength qualitycannot only help students to get good grades in the100m event, butalso can have a direct influence on standing long jump. In addition,it can also help in the clean and jerk weightlifting. However, amongthese students who attended the Shanxi Province Sports UniversityEntrance Exam, most did not attend the training until their thirdyear in Senior High School, and it is very difficult to obtain faststrength in such a short time, which leads to the unreasonablephenomena of heavy tasks but within short time. Thereforeresearches on how to more effectively improve the fast strengthquality of sports students have become the top priority in theamateur training of senior high schools.Nowadays, Core Strength Training becomes more popular at home and abroad, but so many different points of view on thedescription of specific divisions and the concept, that trainerscannot catch the key points in their trainings. And at the same time,it is also a big problem in Core Strength Training as the control andapplication of training methods. And most of researches inPloymetric Training just stay on the theoretical level but not on thepractical level. No universal point view on what is the key point intheory of training, and no systematic understanding of the design oftraining methods. But these two training methods are commonlyapplied at abroad, and especially for physical training, these twomethods can achieve very good training effects.This paper mainly adopts such research methods as literaturereview method, experimental method and measurement method toconduct correlation researches. Referring to the previous researchresults, the paper’s first part defines the PC Combination TrainingMethod and expounds the existence reasons of this training methodfrom the aspects of training effect, training emphasis and theirrespective training characteristics of Ploymetric Training and CoreStrength Training, which provides theoretical basis for thecombination. The second half, using experimental methods, givescontrast research on the two groups of sports students from2011to2013. The first group as the contrast group (Group A), and thesecond as the experimental group (Group B), of which only theGroup B adopts PC Combined Training Method. Through comparingthe indicators before and after the experiment, it can be concludedthat: compared with the traditional training method, PC CombinedTraining Method can better improve fast strength quality, mainly in that it can efficiently improve the results of30m and60m running,100m running, standing long jump and1min clean and jerkweightlifting, but for60m to100m, the improvements are not sosignificant; it should be possible to arrange different trainingmethods for PC Combined Training, according to different trainingweeks and training missions; and PC Combined Training Methodalso follow such theory as cycle arrangement principle, systemuninterrupted principle, appropriate load principle and thedeepening principle of specialized trainings.
