As we known, the characteristics of the volleyball movement requires athletes to have strong ability of flexibility, coordination, and bounce, and so on, especially the bounce ability level of a certain degree directly influences the whole team's offense and defense ability of air combat, but for a long time a lot of high school coaches in the process of selecting material in order to improve the air combat capability of the whole team, are developed to the direction of tall athletes, apparently blocking, smash, etc to them there is a lot of help, but in the treatment of the ball in the aspects of performance is not very good.So we should see soberly, middle school volleyball athletes in the physical quality training, lower extremity training is particularly important, the purpose of this study is trying to by using experimental method of ladder training in middle school volleyball training, and the corresponding technical index verification, enhance the ability of the athlete's lower limb movement, to protect the middle school volleyball athlete's body is not damaged, on the other hand for the future middle school volleyball athletes' sports career lay a solid foundation for the body, also can store part of the reserve talents for the long-term development of the competitive sports.So I through the experiment design and argumentation, trying to prove that rope ladder training in training middle school students volleyball players, to the training of the ankle joint, has the obvious effect. The results of the study are as follows:1 Rope ladder catered to the volleyball training to the requirement of the athletes' ability of ankle joint movement.rope ladder all basic quality training to improve the ankle has a good effect.2 Rope ladder training not only can improve the subjects' in-situ vertical jump performance, and did not take the rope ladder training compared to control group, rope ladder training to improve the in-situ vertical jump performance is also very significant.3 We can see through the experiment under the same conditions, after 15 weeks after training, the experimental group and control group were improved, the experimental group and control group after experimental exist significant differences, suggesting that rope ladder training on the improvement of 36 m mobile is effective, and the effect is obvious.4 Rope ladder training method and the traditional method of combining the sensitive quality than single compared to the traditional training method could improve the ability of the muscles of the athletes of a use of training method. It can improve the athletes' excitability, quickly mobilize all parts of the body muscles involved in the movement. So there is a certain advantage, but also to the improvement of quality of procedural sensitive effect is remarkable. So in the triangle of the rod test, the effect of the experimental group is significantly higher than the control group.Based on the above research results, a rope ladder training in middle school students of lower limb training effect is more obvious, so in the future training should be as much as possible using ladder device combined with the content of sports teaching and training has the advantages of novel design, strong interesting part of the game, so as to stimulate interest of players to participate in the training, to create a relaxed and happy atmosphere in training, players in physical fitness in imperceptible has been effectively improved.But ladder training in our country also belong to the new training methods, especially in different projects in the application of no more direct experience, which requires our coaches continuous learning, continuous innovation, research method which is suitable for the sports training in China and content. So as to promote the continuous improvement of the training level of our country.
