A Research On Suggestions About The Problems Of Vocational Ethics Education

Professional ethics education is an important part of vocational schools and colleges as well as universities. Meanwhile, professional ethics is viewed as vocational schools and colleges and universities by modern enterprise. Moreover, the professional ethic education is coming into the basic quality of graduates. Under the market economy system, the degree of modernization has the obvious improvement. At the same time, the labor division will be more and more refined. Professional quality of staff will be improved. The basic task of vocational schools is to cultivate high-quality comprehensive application talents, therefore, society is no longer only require students to have professional skill and also should have good professional ethics quality. Strengthening professional ethics training is to improve our country laborer quality. Now, many secondary vocational schools are focused on in terms of professional and technical training. Professional ethics educ ation in colleges and universities attach great important to professional course and development of professional skills. Professional ethics are ignored by many schools, so students' professional ethic training is also neglected by schools.In recent years, secondary vocational schools are provided in socialist with many creative talents. It can be said that the secondary vocational school in technical talent made outstanding contribution on successful delivery of talents, but as the many people got the job, many problems are encountered. That is the vocational schools pay great attention to skills while ignore the development of professional ethics. So far, we need to be addressed is the cultivation of the development of professional ethics and fundamentally ease the pressure of talents' need.The thesis is based on the Jarud and the research subjects comes from the professional ethics training secondary vocational educational center. Then the thesis is analyzed the real situation of Jarud professional ethics and find out the exiting problems from various aspects in order to let the thesis more convincing. At last, it is offered useful and practical suggestions for improving professional ethics and it is hoped that the thesis is given some references to related department.
