Research On The Practice Of Social Work Participation In Enterprise Trade Union

In the period of social transition period,all social sectors and areas are facing new opportunities and challenges,so is the enterprise trade union work.In our country,the labor union on behalf of the enterprise staff's legitimate rights and interests,the enterprise trade union plays the legitimate rights and interests of employees and enterprise internal conflict maintenance coordinator,its importance has become increasingly prominent,and the traditional methods of trade union work too slow,and in the system of the weak position of long-term,make the enterprise trade union functions received the inhibition.Based on this situation,the author thinks that China can learn foreign enterprise social work "the union pattern",through localization transformation,to promote corporate social work in progress in China.This paper selects a software development enterprise — Hebei H trade union as the research object,using the methods of literature analysis,participant observation and interview,the author during the internship in this enterprise unions,by means of practical research platform to carry out trade union crisis intervention case work,in this case the service object has undergone a crisis due to the crisis event bring the case main pressure causes the emotional imbalance,there are excesses,so the crisis intervention model to help clients.Through this case interview and union staff,I understand that the innovation of trade union reform is the inevitable result of the development of enterprises,and social work in the process of localization in urgent need of a more easily accessible to employees of enterprise social work platform,"the union pattern" both development,there will be a development trend,it is good in our country so to investigate “the union pattern”,the analysis of the model in the advantages and disadvantages of China's development,and gives the relevant countermeasures,hope to speed up the localization rate of union mode.
