Chinese Wushu Dan system, as an evaluation system of Wushu class, plays an important role in the prosperity and standardization of martial arts, and also plays a positive role in the dissemination of martial arts culture. Instructors of Wushu Dan system are the talent security and frontier forces of promoting martial arts, shouldering the wushu teaching and outreach work, whose quality directly affects the promotion effect of Wushu Dan system; and the quality of talent team construction also influences the quality and depth of development, the smooth implementation of the ten-year plan, and the spreading of wushu at home and abroad. How to effectively build Wushu instructor team, improving the training quality and management level, and how to give full play to the enthusiasm and initiative of the instructors, making it better for the Dan system promotion and for the smooth implementation of The National Fitness Regulations, has become one of the most important tasks of the current Wushu development. Therefore, based on the survey of current situation of Wushu instructor team, this paper explores the problems and corresponding countermeasures in order to offer theoretical reference for the healthy development of Wushu instructor team construction.In the research, the methods of literature research, questionnaire, expert interview and logical analysis are mainly used. Based on the questionnaire and interview of Dan System instructors during 2015 national Wushu instructor backbone training course in Guilin and the sixth national instructor course in Kaifeng, the paper analyzes existing questions of Wushu Dan System and puts forward some feasible suggestions to solve them.The research shows: firstly, from 2011 to 2015, China has carried out 115 Wushu instructor courses, training 18071 Dan instructors, but the number is still relatively scarce, and young people still lack.in the team construction; secondly, most of instructors are in middle rank, and the number of high rank instructors is too low; mentoring programs are mostly self-defense, Chen-style Tai Chi, Yang style Tai Chi and xingyiquan, but the guidance time is not balanced, and guidance times are rare; main motivations are social services, physical fitness and hobby; thirdly, in the terms of training activities, there exits some problems, such as short training time, single training form, unclear training planning, which affects the participation and quality of instructor training; fourthly, as to Wushu instructor management, the lack of supervision and management mechanism, lack of incentives, lack of instructor evaluation mechanism, and unknown management responsibilities and guidance tasks are all not conducive to sustainable and healthy development of the instructor team.To deal with the problems in instructor talents construction of Wushu Dan system, the paper offers the following solutions: firstly, enlarge the scale of personnel, and optimize the age structure; secondly, expand the tutorial system, and absorb regional boxing; thirdly, increase the training frequency, and improve the training system; fourthly, expand the training scale and increase the number of boxing; fifthly, prolong training time, and improve the training quality; sixthly, establish oversight mechanisms, and implement compensation incentives; seventhly, strengthen later stage management,and establish evaluation system.
