"9+3" schools for Tibetan students to the mainland schools facing the learning environment,living environment and the change of language environment,in this environment,they need to actively learn the local culture,to adapt to the local culture and integrate into the local culture.How to adapt to the cultural differences,the Tibetan students' interpersonal communication ability have higher requirements.Therefore,the "9+3" School of Tibetan students,cultivate more needs to focus on interpersonal communication ability,this is because they are in the study period,with the exception of Tibetan students,also need to get along with non Tibetan students,all of these activities require students to have strong interpersonal ability.At present,in the aspect of training school students,for students to learn the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to improve the cultivation of students' attention,and the ability of interpersonal communication has been neglected,so the Tibetan students in the mainland school interpersonal skills are lacking,it is difficult to integrate into the mainland school environment.In this regard,this article from the perspective of interpersonal problems concerned in Sichuan County of Xinjin province occupation Senior High School of the 9+3 School of Tibetan students cross cultural adaptation,cultural conflicts with observations and interviews,case analysis and other methods of "9+3" School of Tibetan students led by cultural differences in the interpretation of exhaustive research,tries to put forward the training strategy reasonable interpersonal skills from cultural perspective.This study is divided into four parts,the core concept of the first chapter,the background and significance of thesis research,the definition and research ideas and methods were discussed;the second part focuses on interpersonal communication of the 9+3 School of Tibetan students' cultural qualities.Explain the "cross cultural adaptation" is the central concept,analysis of the relationship between interpersonal and intercultural communication,and interpersonal relation between adaptation and cross cultural adaptation;the third part from the cross cultural perspective introduces the representative of the 9+3 School of Sichuan County of Xinjin province occupation senior high school "9+3" interpersonal status of Tibetan students the fourth part;an antidote against the disease in front on the basis,explore the interpersonal skills of Tibetan students training strategy of "9+3",put forward the "correct view of cultural differences,respect for cultural diversity;follow interpersonal culture,cultivate students' intercultural competence,education and management strategies to improve students' interpersonal skills",construction the harmonious coexistence of the national atmosphere.The study on interpersonal communication from the 9+3 School of Tibetan students' cultural perspective analysis,make up for our lack of "9+3" School of Tibetan students in interpersonal communication in a certain extent,broaden the Tibetan cultural education research and national education research perspective.At the same time,to provide new ideas for the "9+3" management of school education,but also to adapt to the different culture of the Tibetan people,the harmonious society,provide a reference.
