Using the methods of literature review,mathematical statistics and observation,the characteristics of training load in winter training of Qieyangshijie who prepared for the London Olympic Games are researched in this thesis.The study finds that: 1.The 150-day winter training of Qieyangshijie were divided into three stages: the initial stage on the plain;the intensive stage in the highlands and her Olympic preparations.2.The aims of the initial stage are to reserve physical capacity and improve aerobic capacity.The daily average load capacity is 14 km and the load intensity is less than 75% or from 80% to 86%.3.Through the plateau environment and the motion loads,the aim of the intensive stage in the highlands is to strengthen the special ability.The daily average load capacity is19 km and the load intensity is 75%-80%,80%-86% or 86%-90%.4.The aims of the preparation period are to cultivate the optimal state of performance and test the effect of winter training through the competitive training.The daily average load capacity is16.4km and the load intensity is 80%.5.The major characteristic of the load structure of the winter training in the three stages is fat for energy.In addition,the secondary trait of the initial stage is glycolipid coordination training.Glycolipid coordination training and anaerobic threshold training are the secondary traits of the intensive stage.Glycolipid coordination training,anaerobic threshold training and Maximal oxygen uptake training are for the preparation period.6.The training classes of the varied pace walking and the interval walking are mainly arranged in the intensive stage,which should be finished according to the given speed to reach the effect of the winter training.7.On the basis of the different characteristics of the three stages,the classes of fitness training would be adjusted periodically.Through action imitation using the rubber bands and the treadmill training against resistance,the technique training is to enhance the flexibility of hip joints and the relative muscle strength.8.During the period of the winter training,the physiological and biochemical indexes should be monitored.Through the testing results would fluctuate with the change of training load,they should be controlled in the ideal range.
