Objective: This paper mainly researched the effect of gymnastic strength training on aged skeletal muscle's biomarkers and the acceleration effect. All of these was to promote the application of gymnastic strength training in practice and the health of the old people.Methods:(1)Exercise intervention:32 elderly patients with muscle atrophy for a period of six months strength training, detailed intervention means, see the final appendix.(2)test method: using a meter measured height of subjects, Han Guojie stylistic elements analyzer for determination of weight, SMI, ASM, the determination of 4 meters in pace with infrared velocimetry and grip strength by grip strength meter, venous blood samples were collected to measure elderly serum markers.(3)statistical method: the spss19 for statistical data analysis, and the results to + s said that before and after the training were compared using independent samples t test, with P< 0.05 a significant difference.Results:(1)after the strength training and training in skeletal muscle mass, skeletal muscle mass index(SMI), limb skeletal muscle mass index(RASM), limb skeletal muscle quality(ASM) had no no significantly increased(P > 0.05); strength training after the grip and four meters walking speed was significantly higher than that before training(P < 0.01).(2)compared to men: after the strength training men and training male skeletal muscle quality, skeletal muscle mass index(SMI), limb skeletal muscle quality(ASM), limbs skeletal muscle quality index(RASM) no significant difference(P > 0.05); strength training after the grip strength of the male and four meters walking speed was significantly higher than that of before training male(P < 0.01).(3) women compared to: strength training women and training of women in skeletal muscle quality, skeletal muscle mass index(SMI), limb skeletal muscle quality(ASM), limb skeletal muscle mass index(RASM) no significant difference(P > 0.05); after the strength training women grip strength and four meters walking speed was significantly higher than that of training of female(P < 0.01).(4)Prior to strength training and training of IGF-1, BGP, BDNF without significant difference(P > 0.05). After the strength training muscle growth inhibin(GDF-8) was significantly lower than that in the training, strength training after TNF alpha and irisin in the in vivo was significantly lower than that of before training(P < 0.05) and strength training after the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), P3 NP significantly higher than before(P <0.01) training.(5)Compared to men: after the strength training men for training before the male in vivo IGF-1, BGP without significant difference(P > 0.05). After the strength training men and before training in men GDF-8, irisin, BDNF, TNF alpha, P3 NP both exist significant difference(P < 0.01, P < 0.05).(6)Women: Women training after strength training women, IGF-1, BGP, BDNF, SOD is not significant difference(P > 0.05), strength training women and training of female body GDF-8, irisin, TNF alpha, P3 NP are significant difference(P < 0.01, P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)strength training had an effect on the strength of skeletal muscle and physical ability.(2)strength training had an effect on skeletal muscle atrophy-related serum indexes and could assess skeletal muscle atrophy well, skeletal muscle atrophy-related serum indexes was effective on assessing skeletal muscle atrophy.(3) The decreased indexes induced by strength training included GDF-8, TNF?,Irisin, and the increased indexes induced by strength training included SOD, P3 NP, grip strength, four-meters speed, but the following indexes were unchanged including SMI, RASM,ASM, skeletal muscle mass, BDNF, IGF-1,BGP,the expected index including BDNF, IGF-1,BGP, Irisin, skeletal muscle mass didn't not appeared and need further research.
