The author observed by tracing national kayak team to strengthen the winter training in two stages 16 weeks of training. And characteristics of training design, load characteristics of winter training, monitoring indicators were comprehensive analysis, finally, a comprehensive comparison before and after winter testing, performance indicators judge winter training results and summarize the characteristics of winter training, perfect canoeing training system of our country.Through the study, the following conclusions are drawn:(1) National kayak team winter water training mission to develop personal abilities of single boat training mainly to improve oxygen metabolic ability as the main task of training and water training intermission training method and continuous training method, and assisted by the repetition training method, training means diversification. Land training that physical training to strength training mainly, in particular emphasis maximal strength training, land training method to repeat the training method and circular training method based, supplemented by the intermittent training method, land training means to free weight training based, training equipment means supplemented.(2) The basic training of biological monitoring for body composition monitoring, focusing on monitoring physiological function, monitoring index in response to stress and recovery of fatigue, mainly the degree of muscle damage indicators. The training results in monitoring land training performance monitoring including maximum strength and relative power monitoring; monitoring water training for the monitoring results 12 km practice performance.
