In order to improve the guidance level of our country's canoeing coaches and the sports ability of our country's canoeing athletes and provide theoretical basis for scientific training, this study compares the training modes of Chinese women's Canoeing Team in different stages, such as preparing for the World Cup and Asian Games, and conducts 16 members of Chinese women's Canoeing Team by using the methods of documentation, team observation, interview and data statistics. The purpose of the 45-week training follow-up is to find out the characteristics of the training mode between the two training cycles and the differences between the two coaches' training concepts. The results show that:(1)In terms of training concepts, coach Alex's training concepts for preparing for the World Cup cycle need to maintain a high intensity, great strength and high load in each training session. And the coaches of the Asian Games preparation cycle Natasha and his wife.Their training concept is multi-intensity combined training.(2)In terms of training intensity,Alex emphasizes high intensity, and Natasha emphasizes adding multiple different intensities to a single training course.(3)In terms of training methods,Alex's technical training is mainly on water.Natasha is mainly on land.(4)In terms of means of recovery,Alex's post-class stretching training is inadequate due to the allocation of coaches in the early stage of training, but this phenomenon has been effectively improved after the winter training.Every night the coach is on duty and the physique rehabilitation team helps the players do stretching and relaxation training.(5)In terms of competition results,Alex's training mode and Natasha's training mode are both of great help to our athletes' abilities. Both training modes are effective and close the distance between our women's kayak and the world's top level.
