The language input and output are the two main problems of study on oral English teaching, only if the combination of the oral English input and output can complete the Second language acquisition. According to my observation, the oral communication ability of student in the countryside represent weakness, the deficiency of the Targeted strategy result to the problem appear in the input and output of oral English teaching, certainly the study on the strategy of oral English teaching is not a new topic, this kind of study almost focus on certain place or certain age in today's academic world. But still do not have the study on oral English teaching from the view of language input and output theories. Base on the above current situation of study, the paper use the rural area as a medium, choice the X central elementary school to be a case study, this paper engaged in research the strategy of oral English teaching from the language input and output theories, divide the oral acquisition into two part; input and output. Analysis the reason of the problem, then solve the problem, it will have great significance for the study on the oral English acquisition.
