The Research Of Many Roads' Group Service On Improving The Dilemma Of Health Care Providers' Practice

With the development and advancement of society,many patients aren't satisfied with the improvement and effectiveness of medical technology, whether it can supply patients with satisfied personal service has been an important index. When they has dispute with patients, health care provider often be regarded as " faulty " ,combined with the competent department of some harsh policies, rules and regulations of the hospital and the influence of operating mechanism,and from social, professional, personal,psychological and so on various pressure, leads to so many health care providers get into the dilemma.Because different health care staffs may face different dilemma of practice, then the solving methods are different too. The solving methods which focus on health care providers can be divided into two types, one is way of pure social workers, another is way of preparatory social workers, the way of pure social workers is that social workers use professional methods and skills of social work to help clients solve problems, the way of preparatory social workers is non-professional service of social work,it's a kind of helping activities which performed by those who belongs to functional departments,enterprises and institutions, mass organizations and they never or seldom have the training of helping others. Now, the way of preparatory social workers is the most in all routes.Taking the F hospital of Qinhuangdao as an example, using questionnaire survey method and observation method to collect data firstly, then, combined with the related literature, introduce specific case, research how to better serve practice plight of health care providers to provide social work services. Through writer's internship in the F hospital of Qinhuangdao, one side, realize that health care providers' dilemma of practice and solving methods,another side,realize the problems that exist in group service for improving the health care providers' dilemma of practice and find the reason of it. On the basis of it, choosing some cases to expatiate and analysis, finally get the conclusion and suggestion of improving the dilemma of health care providers' practice.
