Research On The Factors Affecting The Motivation Of College Students' Entrepreneurship

Since the 21 st century,with the improvement of China's economic development level and the scale of enrollment in colleges,the number of college graduates increase quickly and employment situation also will become more and more serious,the problem of difficult employment of college students has aroused widespread concern in society.In this situation,the government and colleges are put forward to promote college students' entrepreneurship in order to encourage entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities.But the reality is that our college students entrepreneurial rate is very low,why some college students choose to start a business while others do not,this is because from the entrepreneurial awareness to entrepreneurial activities need to experience a "want" to "do" the complex psychological process,the key to this process is the entrepreneurial motivation.Therefore,the study of influencing factors of college students 'entrepreneurial motivation can better understand the motivations of college students' entrepreneurial activities,so as to continue to research the entrepreneurial students to provide a good starting point.At present,under the background of China's entrepreneurship,the domestic experts and scholars for the research of college students entrepreneurship is more from a theoretical point of view of qualitative research,this shows that the relationship between entrepreneurial activity and entrepreneurial dynamics is not deep enough,also previous research on entrepreneurship group has not attached great importance to college students with higher education.Based on the above problems,this research is based on the theory of influencing factors,in full-time undergraduate students of all kinds of common colleges in Shanxi Province as the research target group,the theoretical factors of the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial motivation of our college students are constructed and verified,based on the theoretical model,the questionnaire of the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial motivation is compiled as the basic tool of research,the results of the data analysis.Summary of research findings:(1)The external entrepreneurial motivation of college students has a greater impact on the entrepreneurial motivation of college students,the significance level is higher;Entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship support policy and entrepreneurial culturehave the greatest impact on the entrepreneurial motivation of college students;Entrepreneurship education and achievement motivation have the greatest impact on the entrepreneurial motivation of college students,this conclusion further clarifies the key influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial motivation and the influence of various factors on the entrepreneurial motivation of college students;(2)There is no significant difference in the entrepreneurial motivation between the terms of gender and students;There are significant differences in college,professional category,grade,and family income.College institutions,211 college> other college;Professional categories,liberal arts> science;Grade,Senior year>freshman> sophomore year>junior year;Family income,6-10 million> 10-15 million> 3-6 million> more than 150,000> 30,000 below.According to the above research conclusion,this article from the five aspects put forward the entrepreneurial motivation of college students: Improve the financial support policies to provide business security;Establish entrepreneurial organization platform,perfect innovation service;Improve teaching training mode,strengthen entrepreneurship education;Create a culture of entrepreneurial culture,to provide encouragement and support;To enhance students' comprehensive quality,improve their business confidence.Research conclusion of this paper and the countermeasures to improve the entrepreneurial motivation of college students:,promoting college students' entrepreneurial activities to provide theoretical support and method,also brought new ideas to continue to study college students' venture,To promote college students' self-employment,solve the problem of college students' employment has important practical significance.
