A Study On The Professional Quality Of Primary English Teachers In Yijinhuoluo Of Ordos

Teachers are the key to improve the quality of education,the higher the degree of teachers' professional literacy,the higher the quality of education.As a full-time staff to cultivate the English literacy of primary school students,the primary English teachers' professional quality determines the students' English literacy.Through the investigation,this paper found that Yijinhuoluo primary English teachers' professional accomplishment had a lot of difference compared by theirs in the eastern developed area,so how to improve the professional qualities of primary English teachers in Yijinhuoluo as the starting point of this study.This paper tries to find the key to push forward the development of English education in primary school.Based on the existing research results,this paper defines the key concepts of teachers' professional quality.On this basis,using the questionnaire and interview method,79 primary English teachers were issued to write questionnaires,a total of 75 questionnaires were collected,of which73 valid questionnaires,the effective questionnaire was 92.4%.The questionnaire was taken in an anonymous way,and teachers were asked to fill in the blank.In addition,there is no right or wrong answers to the questionnaire,and no differences between good and bad,but not as a basis for the assessment of teachers,as far as possible to ensure the authenticity of the survey results.At the same time,according to the questionnaire data cannot be obtained,the author combined with individual interviews conducted a survey on the part of primary English teachers' professional quality,the study found that the presence of shortage of the English teachers' knowledge,teaching skills and teaching ability,literacy and other aspects in Yijinhuoluo primary school,the main reason is the lack of a number of primary English teachers.Leading to heavy teaching task and workload,the English teachers have no time and energy to learn,improve their professional quality;Secondly,thelack of targeted training,the training effect is not good;finally,the weak sense of self promotion of teachers,ideas need to be changed.Therefore,this paper aims at these problems and causes put forward to expand the number of teachers,strengthen the construction of teachers;strengthen the primary English teacher training,improve the professional quality of teachers;teachers' physical and mental health education,firm ideals and beliefs,and smooth communication channels are put forward from the perspective of community theory,cultivating learning community enhance the professional quality of comprehensive measures to enhance the professional quality of primary English teachers,and provide ideas to promote the development of Yijinhuoluo primary English education.
