Council promulgated the "School Sports Regulations" it says the school should carry out various forms of after-school sports training to enhance the physical fitness of students and to improve the level of student movement.The establishment of primary school art gymnastics after-school training team is in line with the national policy,the usage of artistic gymnastics intends to increase the attractiveness of students sports activities and improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports,and also enriched the school sports activities.In addition,the school students because of the pressure of learning,doing homework,reading and so on.If the posture is not correct,it will result in scoliosis and other phenomenas,seriously affecting the physical and mental health of students.Through the exercise of rhythmic gymnastics,you can improve the physical quality of the practitioner,you can create a good external form,and also can help students to correct the scoliosis effectively,and create a better physical posture.Rhythmic gymnastics is one of the Olympic Games projects,is an important project affecting the development of sports in China.The primary selection of artistic gymnastics is mainly in kindergarten,primary school students,at present only in colleges and universities to open gymnastics-related courses.In primary and secondary schools rarely appear artistic gymnastics figure,limiting the range of excellent selection of artistic gymnastics,it hinder the development of rhythmic gymnastics.Therefore,the primary school to carry out artistic gymnastics after-school training as a research topic has a certain theoretical and practical value.This paper uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaires,field investigation and mathematical statistics to explore the feasibility of the after-school training of rhythmic gymnastics in primary schools,and then conducts an empirical analysis to find the restraining factors in primary school This paper summarizes the basic rules of extracurricular training in the sports project,and lays the theoretical and practical basis for the training of rhythmic gymnastics in primary school.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Rhythmic gymnastics after-school training can meet the different needs of primary school leaders,teachers,students and parents,and many people are willing to carry out after-school training in rhythmic gymnastics,so it is necessary to carry out after-school training in rhythmic gymnastics.(2)The factors that restrict the extracurricular training of rhythmic gymnastics in primary school are mainly composed,including the degree of cognition and willingness of the participants in the gymnastics after-school training,the teachers,the equipment,the capital,etc.Training level of awareness and willingness of school teachers are deciding whether the primary school art gymnastics after-school training can carry out successfully.(3)Rhythmic gymnastics after-school training has a greater impact on the health status of primary school students,including build body shape,improve strength,speed,flexibility,sensitivity and other physical quality improvement and interpersonal communication,self-confidence and other aspects of the effect is significant.(4)Artistic gymnastics in the hand,ball gym,rope exercises are suitable for primary school students practice,which the most popular is ball exercises,followed by free practice content.This article recommends the followings:(1)The education administrative departments,sports administrative departments and the jurisdiction of the arts and gymnastics sports association should perform their duties,increase the intensity of artistic gymnastics propaganda,meanwhile,to organize different levels of competitions,training as the starting point during the artistic gymnastics spare time,and vigorously promote and popularize the rhythmic gymnastics sports project,in order toenhance the health of primary school students,add sunshine sports highlights the foundation.(2)School leaders from the formation of school characteristics or highlights the height of the integration of various social and their own resources,such as cooperation with the City Sports School or training institutions,the use of the school's own venues or co-operation units to carry out gymnastics after-school training,And carry out a variety of artistic gymnastics activities and competitions,thus forming the school characteristics.(3)Qualified rhythmic gymnastics teachers
