Objective: core stability training is the key to the stability, balance, coordination and flexibility of the core prhythmics of the human body. Domestic and international rhythmic gymnastics team have adopted this scientific training methods. This study is the core stability training applied in the Singapore amateur rhythmic gymnastics training, according to the characteristics of amateur training combined with pivot of the technical essentials, choose suitable training content and load intensity, formulate related core stability training program, to improve the athlete’s pivot to complete the quality as the main objective, and helping the prevention and recovery of athletes in the lumbar spine injury, enrich the contents of the training course. I hope to provide more scientific training methods for amateur rhythmic gymnastics training, promote the overall level of amateur training, and promote the development of amateur rhythmic gymnastics in Singapore. Methods: This study through the research methods of literature, experimental method and mathematical statistics method, to 30 amateur gymnast Singapore a gymnastics club as the experimental object, randomly divided into experimental group(15 people) and control group(15 people), the implementation of the training plan of core stability 12 weeks in the experimental group, the control group was given routine training, experiments using FMS function action test, balance action test and pivot as test index, the data of the two groups before and after the experiment, using Spss17.0 statistical software for statistical processing, before and after the experiment data obtained from the mean standard deviation of that comparison between the two groups using independent samples t test itself compared with paired samples t test, P < 0.05, P < 0.01 significant level, as a very significant level. Results: the specific experimental results are as follows:(1) after 12 weeks of core stability training, FMS test results show that in the experiment group was overall scores increased significantly, the test action points squat average score increased by 0.4 points(28 percent), P < 0.01. Push up the average increased 0.4 points(28 increase percent), P < 0.01. Spin stability test results of side there was a substantial increase in average growth increased 0.6(35.2 percent), P < 0.01. All the data showed significant differences. The control group of athletes before and after the experiment data by the paired samples t-test was obtained, the test action points squat average score increased 0.2 points(increased 14.3%)(P > 0.05). Push up average score increase of 0.33 points(20.1 increase percent), P > 0.05. Spin stability average score increase of 0.07 points(3.6 increase percent), P > 0.05. There was no significant difference in the data.(2) the balance action test, the experimental group of athletes Barcelona balance before and after the experiment increased by an average of 1.46S(improved 34.6%), P < 0.01. A lost balance time increased by an average of 0.95S(23.8, P < 0.01 percent). All the data showed significant differences. The control group before and after Barcelona player balance experiment of the average growth of 0.59S(14.3, P < 0.05 percent), with a significant difference. A lost balance time average growth of 0.14S(3.4 increase percent), P > 0.05, no significant difference.(3)(3) pivot test, the experimental group before the experiment three rotational movement of the overall completion, A-level in 4(8.9%), grade B in 32(71.1%), grade C 9(20 percent), high quality completed a total of 36(80 percent). The A-class increased 15(33.3%), B 28(62.2%), grade C 2(4.4%), high quality completed a total of 43(95.5%). The success rate increased 15.5 percent. Control group before the experiment a grade 5(11.1%), grade B 28(62.1%), grade C 12 people(26.7%), high quality completed a total of 33(73.2%). The A-class increased 8(17.8%), grade B increased to 29(64.4%), grade C 8(17.8%), high quality completed a total of 37(82.2%), the success rate increased by 9 percent. Experimental group of athletes pivot after the experiment finished quality have great progress, the tests were higher than that of the control group, the overall improvement of magnitude higher than that of the control group 6.5 percent.Conclusion:(1) the core stability training to improve the athletes’ core ability is of great help, after 12 weeks of core stability training, experimental group of athletes body core part and each joint stability is improved obviously, FMS test results before and after the experiment presented significantly raise. Regular training to improve the stability of the body is not good, the training effect is lower than the core stability training.(2) the core stability training can effectively improve the athlete’s balance ability, experiment group of athletes after balance time longer, improved the accuracy of body posture, two motion balance test results showed significant raise. Regular training on the balance ability of athlete also has certain effect, control group of athletes of Barcelona equilibrium time was increased, the completion quality significantly improving, but haing lost poor control of the balance body posture, before and after the experiment, no significant difference.(3) core stability training of rhythmic gymnastics athletes pivot completed quality has positive effect, after the experiment experimental group, most of the athletes of the pivot complete quality has been greatly improved. No obvious progress after the experiment control group with complete quality, overall lower than the experimental group. Through the core stability training to improve the stability of athlete body balance ability and the core area, the above various aspects ability enhancement is needed to complete the high quality rotation of the necessary conditions.
