Research On The Social Integrat On Of Disabled Graduates From The Perspective Of Social Work

As a member of the society,disabled graduates finish school into society with perseverance and hard work,the social integration of them can't depart from Social systems and multifaceted support.Because of the different personal experience of the disabled graduates,the different degree of disability,the difference of the family environment and the difference of the occupation,this group can not be integrated into the modern society.Social work with a wealth of practical experience,a unique professional perspective,the application of the work field,to help the disabled graduates have a natural advantage of social integration.What is the current situation of social integration of the disabled_graduates?What are the difficulties and needs of social adaptation and social inclusion?What are the advantages and approaches of social work intervention?This study through the methods of intervicw and observation of graduates with disabilities social integration situation,define the difficulties of using social work perspective into the difficulties and analyzes the reasons for the society,and use the theory and methods of social work professional basis,explore intervention path and countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction,mainly elaborated the topic research background,research significance,and the use of social research methods,summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars of the first graduates with disabilities review,a literature review and related concepts defined,establishes the macro framework for the following.The second part through the analysis of the results of the interviews,understand the real situation to graduates with disabilities into society,found that this group is faced with crisis of the identity,prone to psychological distress,job security,low level of social participation is not high,disabled facilities,lack of social support and other difficulties.The third part of the introduction of social work perspective on the social integration of the disabled graduates difficult to analyze the causes from many parts,summarizes the social discrimination leads to marginalization,disabled facilities construction is not comprehensive,lack of normal social interaction,community policy formulation and implementation is the unreasonable social factors,physiological factors and psychological factors are individual factors,excessive dependence on family,family status,guilt is the family level factors on the family.The fourth part of the social ecological theory,support theory,rational emotive therapy combined with social work methods of social work intervention paths work for macro social intervention,disabled social work methods of intervention,intervention of school social work intervention.And the rational emotive therapy ",and explore the power of social organization,improve the social security system,the perfect social policy,improve personal ability,establish the mechanism for community care,jobs and welfare settings provide employment support,to provide professional psychological support services,make full use of media to promote social integration of disabled graduates countermeasures.The last part is the conclusion,Application of summary of the survey results and the results of this study,reflect on the inadequacies of the study,although the study scope is small,but has certain forward-looking and operability,can give advice and suggestions of the cause for the disabled development.
