Study On The Development And Countermeasures Of Rural Football In The South Of Henan Province

In April 2009 the State Sports General Administration,the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "notice" on the national youth campus football activities [1],related work has been carried out in the campus football all over the country,the campus football has become a hot country under the common concern.Using the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and field investigation of 105 rural schools in 35 counties in South Nanyang,Xinyang,Zhumadian three city in the south of Henan rural areas based on the current campus soccer development present situation investigation and analysis,find out the factors which impede the campus football development in the south of Henan rural areas,to find ways to carry out relatively suitable for rural campus football in southern Henan area,the popularity of the campus football more extensive and in-depth.It plays an important strategic role in the development of rural school football in Henan province.The results show that: in the south of Henan Province Rural School Department of the school leaders do not attach importance to the campus football activities;rural schools in South Henan principals,teachers and parents in many schools on campus football cognition is low;most of the schools in South Henan rural school campus football activities related facilities lack in Southern Henan area;most of the schools in rural schools the lack of campus football special funds;rural schools in southern Henan area most school campus football the shortage of teachers;higher administrative departments in most rural schools in southern Henan area of the campus football activities to help and support is not enough.These are the constraints of football into the rural areas of Henan province.Through the analysis of rural campus football in the south of Henan Province to carry out the problems encountered in the process and put forward the following countermeasures: to establish and perfect the combination mechanism of football talents education;strengthen the publicity and improve the assessment,push forward the football into the rural campus;improve the cognition for multiple participation in football into the rural campus stone paving;unity of thinking,and actively create atmosphere the campus football culture;teachers go out to the introduction of talent to improve the quality of faculty football;increase campus football investment,providing a powerful guarantee for the campus football in the countryside.
