Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Football Activities In Henan Specialized Football Kindergartens

In recent years,The development of football special kindergartens is an important starting point for campus football activities in China,and the construction of special kindergartens is the foundation and focus of them,which is of great significance for the healthy and sustainable development of subsequent campus football activities.Since the official implementation of campus football in 2015,campus football in Henan Province has been playing more and more steady.It has always been at the forefront of the country and has played an important role in promoting the rise of Henan football.So far,3570 kindergartens across the country have been named national football special kindergartens.Among them,200 kindergartens(136 public and 64 private)in Henan Province are on the list,accounting for 5.6% of the total,which is higher than the national average.It can be seen that the development level of football kindergartens not only plays an important role in the overall development of our province's campus football,but also plays an effective reference and reference functions for the healthy and sustainable development of our province's campus football.This paper takes the present situation of football characteristic kindergartens in Henan Province as the research object,uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and case analysis to fully understand the real situation of developing football characteristic kindergartens,which summarizes the problems existing in the development process and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,and studies the excellent experience of developing football characteristic kindergartens in Zhengzhou,Luoyang,Kaifeng and other areas.In order to broaden the research of educators in the field of children's sports and children's football,strengthen the attention to children's football,and provide theoretical reference and practical value for the development of children's football in Henan Province and even in the whole country.The findings include as followed:(1)Recently,most of the characteristic kindergartens in Henan Province are in the beginning stage,many kindergartens have not yet started football classes,some kindergartens only open football club classes,a small number of kindergartens participate in it,many children don't have participate in it,a few kindergartens open this classes.(2)The shortage of teachers is a difficult problem for all kindergartens.Most football teachers are mainly pre-school education majors,and football expertise and abilities are relatively weak,Most of the external coaches for the cooperative club selection,mobility.(3)The lack of space and equipment is also one of the important factors to restricting the development of football specialty kindergartens in Henan Province.Although the football field of the kindergarten occupies a small area,it is best to use a soft artificial lawn,which will play an important role in the protection of children.Most kindergartens do not have football equipment,it is difficult to meet the teaching needs;some kindergartens with equipment are only signs,such as simple equipment,buckets.Individual development of better kindergarten equipment basically can meet the need of teaching.(4)Facing most kindergartens,property difficulties are also an important dilemma.Construction sites,purchase of equipment and hiring of coaches all require funds.As long as a better kindergarten will get a certain amount of financial support.(5)There is a lack of uniform special teaching materials for special schools with special football characteristics,and the survey shows that at present,most kindergartens do not have special teaching materials for early childhood football courses.(6)The participation and support of campus football leaders in football characteristic kindergartens in Henan Province is high,but there are still some kindergarten directors who do not have enough participation and support in the development of football.(7)The safety problem is also affecting the head of the garden and parents,some parents do not support the kindergarten to carry out football sports,they think that football is a competitive nature of the game.so they worried that the child will be injured.Some parents think that the future development of children playing football is not good.The traditional ideas of parents are also obstacles to children's choice of football.(8)There is little professional training in football for kindergarten teachers,and many kindergarten teachers are now learning and teaching,and they are completely unaware of the rules of education and development of young children at this stage.
