Curriculum management is an important part of teaching management is the foundation of all teaching activities in an orderly manner,is the most important part of their daily teaching work,is the starting point of the operation and management of the classroom.Scientific management degree curriculum reflects the overall level of teaching management institutions,teaching management philosophy,teaching resources,the teacher team building levels and training objectives.Scientific Management curriculum will be a strong impetus to improve teaching management level colleges,promote course construction reform,improve education quality,make full use of teaching resources to ensure the effective implementation of education programs.Thus,curriculum development and scientific management,whether or plays an important role in teaching practice in teaching management,has important significance.I refer to the extensive literature,by comparison and analysis found that many colleges and universities in teaching management of curriculum management did not pay sufficient attention,just as the work program curriculum,lack of planning,systematic and normative influence teaching management,teaching quality and personnel training effect.In this paper,the Tianjin City Vocational College,for example,the existing curriculum management philosophy,management systems,course scheduling principles were parsed.Expand through a questionnaire concerning curriculum analysis,showing the status of curriculum management,combined with the status,pointing out that appears in the process of curriculum issues,including the management philosophy behind the dominant position of the missing student,work-planned sex lack of faculty two management system is imperfect,arranging the work of teachers and the level of lack of knowledge,curriculum unscientific.And by internal problems,objective analysis of external causes,summed up the root of the problem in curriculum management,and then put forward the scientific management measures,including improving faculty level teaching management system,establish a people-oriented management philosophy of teaching,strengthen curriculum management Recognizing the importance of the establishment of grass-roots management teacher training system.At the same time,the teacher team building,resource optimization software and hardware configuration,information technology means to enhance and improve personnel training top-level design,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and other aspects of the college made recommendations accordingly affordable conditions.Through the general and special problems of curriculum management analysis,analysis and Policy Suggestions promote curriculum management in a scientific management process,and ultimately to promote effective school personnel training goals.
